beautiful room and hot tub. tables in the room had a layer of dust and cobwebs all over. tv was not working until I hooked up my computer to it. I would come back to stay here again

Everything was in poor condition. Pool was closed, no hot tub. No coffee pot in room, no ice bucket in room. No coffee in lobby, like they advertise. Breakfast was cold and limited, not ready on time, at least 45 minutes from when they say there open for breakfast before it was somewhat ready.

Nobody told me that the shower head was broke and there was a thing I had to put on the wall to hold it so I had water all over the bathroom so I had to soak it up with all the towels and then after I got done I found the attachment that goes to the stick to the wall and you put it on the other one was broken so they could have said something about that and the towels I used to wipe up the floor in the bathroom with this dirty so the floor was dirty in the toilet was dirty

Ok but a number of small negatives

The sink was dirty and clearly wasn't cleaned between guests as there were dark hairs in and on the sink. The curtains wouldn't close completely and the heat lamp in the bathroom didn't work. The printed channel guide for the TV was also not up to date. Otherwise my stay was ok.
