Posted 16 Jul 2024 on HotelsRoom was ok,bathroom not cleaned properly hair on side of shower and shower head was disgusting room needed cleaning better also but it was comfortable, had something attached to the tv that looked suspicious so covered it up, all in all not bad for just sleeping in just could do with a deep clean

Posted 26 Jun 2024 on HotelsArrived at my room, found the door open. He had to slam the door very hard to close it. It appeared. Someone had use the restroom. The outside window screen was cut, and the window was not able to be secured from the inside. There was food left in the microwave in my room and the refrigerator door would not close tightly and was not usable. The common areas appeared dirty. Continental breakfast was very basic waffles toast and cereal.

Phone didn't work in the room, had to call from front desk, no one on duty at front desk, no towels left in room after cleaned, vents covered in dust and dirt around furniture, didn't look like a vacuum had been used in sometime. Air conditioner not on when checked in, took long time to cool down.
