Comfortable property at a quiet end of the Vieux Port making it convenient for exploring but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of dining and shopping options withing walking distance.

Why to not stay at this property. First housekeeping is a disaster. They do not clean the rooms, do not replace the dirty towels or glass wear. When you beg the front desk staff and they tell you that they will send somebody to your room, when the full well know that the housekeeping staff leaves at 2 pm and that there is only one person who comes on shift in the evening for that size of the hotel property, well that person showed up at 10 pm. Now let's talk about the beds! Single beds put together to act like a queen bed. In the middle of the night, I rolled over and fell between the beds. I had to call the night duty manager to come to my room, while I was in the process of packing my bags because I wasn't staying there any longer. They did transfer me to a different room, but the funny thing is that the front desk staff told me that the hotel was sold out! Let's keep going. It's interesting that all the restaurants along the old port, their patios are jammed packed with patrons, but the hotel has nobody. Well, once you find out how terrible the service is and how the hotel over charges its guest for simple things, like a rum and coke. 10 E for the rum and 6 E for the coke, no wonder nobody is eating there. Overall, this is an extremely disappointing hotel, in a great location. I truly wish that I hadn't booked there.

Well located property with comfortable well appointed large rooms. Helpful staff on the front desk. Easy access to public transport. Only minor negative was the absence of a fridge in the room.
