Absolutely best value , the location real good , looks new , the bathroom is nice and modern . Even the size of the elevator is big . The breakfast doesn't get better . Cant remember a better breakfast. The front desk clerk was the nicest , from the day shift to the grave yard clerk also extremely nice . From someone as i that takes 25 trips a year it doesn't get better.

Suggest Expedia/hotel update parking info as there is no onsite parking at all. Also, the parking voucher the hotel provided for parking in the shopping centre (where the lifts did not work and we had to carry the bags two floors) didn’t work and we ended up paying full price. The room is very small. I do not like the area the hotel is in myself but others may not have a problem with it.

No Air Conditioning

We did not enjoy our stay. The air conditioning did not work in our room so it was extremely hot. We could not sleep and the front desk staff could only give us a fan. The amenities were dated and the bed side lamp on switch was connected to the lamp cord resting on the floor.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms with nice and modern decoration. Also excellent breakfast available. I liked this hotel very much.

Purchased accommodation on line in May , non- refundable. Staff couldnt find any record so had to pay on arrival. Located original bank receipt of AUD $397.51 payment after regaining internet. Staff eventually refunded payment AUD $332.56 after much discussion so down AUD $65 . Poor service. Tired hotel in a noisy location.

We are truly saddened that you encountered an incident about your payment at arrival. Unfortunately technology is reliable but sometimes incident can occur. As we try to do maximum effort to correct this mistake we automatically did refunded you within few minutes after this incident. We feel as well sorry you didn't liked the popular and animated central district of Belsunce. Marseille is well known to be full of diversity and a wide animated city.
