The area around the hotel was a little unsafe.

Quiet room

Faulty air conditioning units and flooding in room
Posted 26 Sep 2022 on HotelsDid not sleep well during the first night's stay as the room was too hot. In fact the air conditioning unit had leaked all over the floor and on my suitcase (and the contents).
When I spoke to reception they gave me a towel, Only after insisting was I given a new room. The air conditioning unit also leaked in the new room, causing a large flood in the bathroom. I therefore had to vacate this room too which was complicated due to a wet suitcase and an array of wet clothing.
I was not offered a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience or for the fact that all my suitcase/clothes were soaking wet and no formal apology given.
Would definitely not recommend!
