The staff were friendly and lent us a screwdriver to fix our luggage when it broke.

Quiet room

Good breakfast, quiet room. Staff helped me get printing done. Easy walk to supermarket and McDonalds, longish walk to Metro.

Faulty air conditioning units and flooding in room

Did not sleep well during the first night's stay as the room was too hot. In fact the air conditioning unit had leaked all over the floor and on my suitcase (and the contents). When I spoke to reception they gave me a towel, Only after insisting was I given a new room. The air conditioning unit also leaked in the new room, causing a large flood in the bathroom. I therefore had to vacate this room too which was complicated due to a wet suitcase and an array of wet clothing. I was not offered a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience or for the fact that all my suitcase/clothes were soaking wet and no formal apology given. Would definitely not recommend!
