Faulty air conditioning units and flooding in room
Did not sleep well during the first night's stay as the room was too hot. In fact the air conditioning unit had leaked all over the floor and on my suitcase (and the contents). When I spoke to reception they gave me a towel, Only after insisting was I given a new room. The air conditioning unit also leaked in the new room, causing a large flood in the bathroom. I therefore had to vacate this room too which was complicated due to a wet suitcase and an array of wet clothing. I was not offered a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience or for the fact that all my suitcase/clothes were soaking wet and no formal apology given. Would definitely not recommend!

Well worth it
It was a pleasant stay at the hotel very central to get around Marseille. My only complaint was if you get back to the hotel in early hours from a night out the door is locked then your grilled by the staff. As if your going to go to an hotel your staying at.
