DISASTER
Posted 15 Oct 2023 on HotelsDO NOT STAY HERE. Worst experience ever. Hotel manager Natalie was always rude and unfriendly. They refused to change my reservation and they kept my money. They constantly lied about everything. Hotel is far from everywhere and taxis take 30 minutes just to arrive to hotel. A real nightmare. Do not stay here. Worst hotel ever

When booking, you chose a rate with non-changeable, non-refundable conditions. We applied his conditions and you did not accept. Mr Gradwohl Pablo yelled at reception and behaved in a threatening and unacceptable manner towards the director Nathalie who remained very calm and not rude as you say.The manager gave you a very low rate for the rooms and offered 4 breakfasts. The hotel and its staff made no mistake.

Main memory will be I forgot my brand new sunglasses in the toilet, within 5 mins they were already stolen 😒

Tiny room, barely enough space to move around. Staff pleasant and surprised they provided daily maid service
