Friendly staff and very convenient for the airport
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe enjoyed our stay, the guys were lovely and offered airport pick-ups and drop-offs, we enjoyed time by the pool especially as it was pretty quiet on our second day. A fridge in the room would have been good and there was only delivery food available at the time we stayed but believe there is a nightly buffet available most other times. Would stay again if I ever go back there 😊

Extremely rude staff!!!
Posted 16 Aug 2024 on HotelsI had booked this hotel for one night for daughter to take a very early flight. I had already confirmed twice that the hotel was booked and also my daughter had all the reservation details. When checking in, I got panic call from her. Staff were Extremely rude. Said there is no booking for her. She showed the booking details and tried giving her ID. After sometime they found it and blamed her. Key did not work to open the room. There were ants. Next morning, for checking out and taking shuttle again very rude behavior. Not very helpful even though she was 15 mins before time for the shuttle. I will never advise this hotel!!
