Clean, straightforward hotel with helpful staff. Less than five minutes' walk from the tram line that gets you to most places in Marseille. Franprix store next door for anything you need. And they only charged Euro20 to keep the room until 1300

Great basic hotel in a decent location. Less than a 20 minutes walk from Saint-Charles train station and close to the trams and Metro. I wish the room had a trash can (the bathroom one is too small, not even enough for a water bottle). Also, a 10am check-out is a bit early for how little they need to do to get the room ready for a new person.

No furniture in room, for instance no chairs or tables. Nothing to set your stuff on. No towel racks, so towels never air dry. All of the workers there are topnotch. All very helpful and much appreciated.
