Good stay overall but some things to improve.

The air conditioning did not work, and we only had one towel despite having made a reservation for two people. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and people I. The front desk very attentive. One more thing there is not an elevator, and despite being a 3 story building, since it is a hotel is not co venir y when o e has multiple suitcases, as was our case.

Good stay for 2 nights on route to airport, particular thanks to Sophie who is a great asset to the business. So helpful. One downside was we could not sit in the reception area before we went for our flight due to all the staff sitting and relaxing waiting for there next shift to start, not a good practise.

If you have a car this hotel is excellent. If you need to rely on public transport then it’s not so easy . The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a good 3 star hotel.

They charged $90 damage deposit at the time of check in which should have been refunded at the check out but instead of them refunding it to our credit card, they charged it twice. That's $200 just for damage desposits. We had an early flight to catch so had to check out around 4am. There was no one at the front desk to open the gate for our Uber driver to come in to the property nor us to go out of the property. My husband had to look for the button to press to open the gate. Overall, poor service and we'll never stay there again.

Unfortunately we didn't get the friendliest of welcomes from the night receptionist (our flight was delayed but we did advise we'd be arriving late) however the two gents the following morning were fine. Breakfast was pretty basic for the hefty price tag! Room was good, very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
