Bonjour Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps d'exprimer votre avis.Nous regrettons sincèrement que votre expérience à l’hôtel n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes malgré tout le soin apporté pour que les séjours de nos clients se déroulent au mieux. l’hôtel est effectivement conçu de telle façon que la climatisation et le chauffage ne peuvent être actionnés en même temps, et basculer de la position « chauffage » à celle de « climatisation » requiert l’intervention d’une entreprise spécialisée. Nous sommes actuellement en hiver, la climatisation est en mode chaud.Toute l’équipe sera ravie de vous accueillir de nouveau dans l’espoir d’améliorer votre jugement.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stopover in Dijon. Clean, friendly staff and a great little breakfast to send you on your way!!

Stayed here on our way back from Spain and this was equally as poor as the one on the way down. Dirty, linen smelt like it had been washed in a Chinese restaurant.

No air conditioning.
Posted 28 Jun 2023 on HotelsAir condition doesn’t work at all and we stayed on the top floor so it’s hard to fall an asleep at all. No front desk to change room is another issue. Next day the cleaning crew try to hurry us up to check out so he could finish his job for the day. Terrible stay.
