This person NEVER stayed here at my B&B! She booked four nights on the busiest weekend of the year (October leaf season) and then cancelled the day before she was due to arrive, too late for me to rebook the room and then asked for a refund. Was I supposed to eat the four nights on my busiest weekend?
I only have three guest rooms.
My policy is very clear.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in a beautiful setting. Monica and Tony are great hosts. We found our room to be very comfortable. Our stay was very short but we left with great memories and a hope to return. Thank you.

Posted 15 Oct 2020 on HotelsPeaceful serenity and phenomenal hosts! I have traveled extensively for a living all my life and must say that the Bald Mountain House offers what most places fail to. The comfort is excellent, the breakfast is five stars (I’m a foodie), and the owners are simply amazing people! The drive and nearby mountains offer endless opportunities to whisk yourself into a healthy and therapeutic serenity that is unparalleled.

Very quiet. Comfortable room. Proprietor is gracious and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Very close to the Appalachian Trail.
