Only way to contact them is to active your cellphone & call - they don’t answer anything else. This was our first issue. Second was when we called and told them we needed airport pick up and when we arrived at the airport NO ONE was there for us. It was 11PM and we were exhausted and needing sleep. No one was there to get us. This hotel is really far out of the city therefor the taxi cost us 500... 5 0 0 dirhams. More then the hotel. They didn’t seem to care at all. Our room had AC but wasn’t on before we arrived so our room was extremely hot. The toilet was broken. Our bed was harder then the floor. They played drums outside and was extremely loud for HOURS. In the morning no one was around and there was no lights to guide us out. We had to leave the key in an office and hope for the best. Worst hotel stay. Even though it was yes clean and the grounds/pool were gorgeous - I would never go back. I want my money back.

We thank you for the interest you have in our guest farm. firstly the distance was well reported on the site that the farm was 18km from Marrakech on fes road . for the transfer you called me and I answered you on the spot. and I sent to you a shuttle ,we called you many times but unfortunately you were not reachable.if u pay the taxi 500 from airport it was your choice. you've found no one on leaving weird weird !!!because security does not leave until 8 am morning and also because you mentioned on the email that you want a late chek out. For the rooms the tastes are different it’s normal. we thank you for loving the landscape of our beautiful farm. Best regards Fatimazahra.
