The riad was beautiful and our hosts were lovely. I would definitely recommend it.

Andre's staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond booking travel arrangements and day trips for us. Made our stay very welcome and comfortable.

Ah...A place to crash in the hub of Marrakech
Posted 4 Mar 2020 on HotelsWe were greeted with warmth and hospitality however this Raid is in a maze of halls in the mist of the KASBAH and we would have never found it on our own. Had to make sure not to pay the taxi driver until he phoned the Riad for someone to come out and get us. Our room shower faucet was broken and the place as a whole was pretty run down. What it had going for it was genuine Moroccan hospitality and despite the slep they were very pleasant. Breakfast nothing to write home about.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience you have suffered with a faulty shower faucet and thank you for reporting t to us.
The Riad is not dirty or in bad condition, it has been,completely renovated a little more than a year ago.
It's simply a traditional and authentic Riad, but perfectly maintained.
If you did not appreciate the Moroccan breakfast madeup only of fresh products,, prepared day by day, as well s bred, waffles, pancakes and homemade cake and jam, Please let us know what you did't like and why so that we can eventually correct our menu.
We take your remars into consideration and hope that you will come back to "Riad VILLA HARMONIE" where you will be able to see the evolution of the Riad following your comments.

Very good location, with excellent staff and a good breakfast with excellent coffee.
I didn’t like how the room was dirty ( especially the bed sheets) and the bathroom was very dirty.
There’s a lot of echo in the property, so twice we were woken up in the very early morning by a group of guests that were clearly out late, and the staff did not do anything about it.
The wifi was down for one night.

Dear anonymous,
I don't think you were in our Riad. The sheets are changed every day when you sleep only one night and every 3 nights if you stay longer, if we find that the sheets are dirty, systematically, they are changed.
Bath and toilet towels are changed daily if they are dirty or wet.
You are not alone in a public establishment, if there are noisy customers who come late at night, we ask them to be more discreet, but you have to accept a few minutes before they understand.
You are the only customers who complain that the Wifi did notwork. Are you sure that the problem was not just from your phone or tablet.

i ordered the smallest room. tried to change to a larger one but was not worth it plus the smell in the larger room was not nice. the drainage for the shower was super slow.
the first two showers in the morning were interrupted by a power cut.
staff was very nice!

with the rise of odors by the drainage networks, just as it happens that there are sometimes power outages.

Staff were amazing. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Location perfect. Quiet. Twenty minute walk to square. Very clean Riad.
The only negative thing was shower wasn’t great. Also because it was cold the central location for eating breakfast was very cold had to wear coat.
Overall an wonderful stay .

The property is very attractive, the beds were soft and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. We also enjoyed some homemade biscuits and mint tea by the fire on a chilly evening.
Just a couple of things, it was quite difficult to find the villa so some more direction with that would have been beneficial, also the room was a little dark.
Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

We thank you for your pleasant comments, even , if our room are little dark. the problem we have with natural light in the riad is the riad is typical and in the Medina , never you have many light in a room, it's cultural, it's a heat protection.
