Never again is all I can really say . I wanted to get the Moroccan experience but I will never stay in this riad again . Next time I will rent an apartment or stay in a hotel . When I first got there things were fine but it quickly changed . The room was extremely cold . Shower barely got hot I’m anemic so I literally slept with my clothes on . Breakfast was mediocre literally the same thing everyday . Staff ( well one particular employee) was extremely shady . Constantly knocking at the door even after I said I was going to sleep. I traveled alone to Morocco doesn’t mean I want to get harassed . I traveled alone for the past 2 years but I never felt as uncomfortable. The employee constantly asked if I liked him even though I told him no we’re just cool I barely know you . He would try to pressure me into to doing things that I said no to. He wouldn’t take no for an answer . I had to literally start ignoring him . He seen me talking to a guy outside the riad and screamed at me telling me not to talk to him as if he was my boyfriend or husband . I didn’t know this man from a can of paint literally . It was just overall not a good experience. I was supposed to leave on the 29TH but with the border shutting down I was stuck in morocco.The owner did accommodate me ( with payment of course ) but I do believe he was dishonest . At the end of the day it was just about the money . The only reason I did not leave the riad is because other riads in the area were in worse conditions .

We stayed for 1 night, and that's more than enough. First the manager is a crook. Yes there are extra fees, however the manager demanded nearly double the amount listed on Expedia. We showed him what was on Expedia, and he said no and demanded more money. The other staff members were helpful when we needed something. As for the room, it was on the 1st floor. TINY!! There was no hot water, the water in the shower didn't drain. Sink pipe was leaking. And yes, there was a big spider, in that bathroom. So stay away, that manager rips you off and he could care less about any prove you have. Spend your money elsewhere.

Publicité mensongère, les photos annoncées n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité, jacuzzi non opérationnel, chambre sans placard, confort très sommaire et draps sales. Luminaires cassés, sols sales, vraiment un Riad d’escrocs...Frais exorbitants de ménage à régler sur place, je ne recommande surtout pas cet établissement et il n’est même pas digne d’apparaître sur Expedia. Pas de clim ni de télé même en payant !! Pour preuve les mauvais commentaires sur les autres sites de réservation, fuyez ..

Riad à éviter
Ce riad doit être exclu de votre carnet d'adresse. Les promesses du site internet ne sont aucunement réelles. La piscine est en réalité un jacuzzi gonflable, mis au rebus de part de sa vétusté, sa saleté et son non fonctionnement. Il vous sera compté 4€50 de ménage/jour/personne non effectué. Le patio est nettoyé sur 1 m2. Le personnel est en perpétuel repos, alité sur les coussins. Réclamer sera votre passe temps favori. La climatisation, "facturée", est hors d'usage. Comme ils disent, "ce soir, vous, dormir chaud". Bref, il existe une kyrielle de Riad...évitez le Riad Hannah.

Comodo albergo nel cuore della Medina
L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jamaa el Fnaa. Lo staff è molto gentile e cordiale, al nostro arrivo ci è stato offerto tè alla menta e ci hanno dato indicazioni sulle cose da non perdersi. L'albergo ha inoltre convenzioni con diverse guide turistiche, e propongono una serie di tour della città e delle attrazioni nelle vicinanze di Marrakech a prezzi abbastanza vantaggiosi. C'è stata però una parte spiacevole: nelle condizioni di prenotazione, a fianco del pagamento, erano indicati i supplementi per le tasse di soggiorno e di pulizia, con indicato il prezzo a notte a ospite. Chiaramente l'indicazione non è messa in evidenza al momento dell'acquisto, e nella pratica al check in ci siamo ritrovati a pagare praticamente la stessa somma già pagata su Expedia. Per di più abbiamo riservato una camera tripla, e ci sono state invece date due camere divise e ci è stato richiesto un ulteriore supplemento per la seconda stanza. Sembrava quasi una presa in giro.

Y aura tout pour que les personnes là-bas vous demande toujours de l’argent car vous este touriste. UNE PERSONNE ADORABLE LE MONSIEUR QUI NOUS A SERVIS. « Leurs larbin a tout faire était à nos soin et de mon côté ma toucher car il faisait tous pendant que les patrons ce là voulais douce. Sans commentaire. Nous avons prévue de rester 4 nuit nous sommes partie le lendemain de la 1 ère nuit dans un hôtel 4* par contre c’était mieux.

il faudrait annocer que l'hotel n'est accessible ni aux personnes agées ni aux handicapés car les taxis vous laissent à 500m de l'hotel que vous devez rejoindre à pied en empruntant des ruelles exigues peu ou pas pavées, nauséabondes dans le premier tiers par les etals de boucher qui jalonnent le parcours et dans la fin du parcours par les imondices. Desurcroît le Riad n'est absolument pas fléché.

Worst welcome ever. They made us pay without explainjng about cleaning room. We enter the room nit that clean. Also supper noizy place. You will be awake at 6 am ny other guest. Cigarette smoke smell entering tbe room. Ery bad experience after other hotels in marrakesb Will not recommend. Obviously a place where they are just trying to get your money.

Nous avons réservé une semaine complète au Riad Hannah.Nous sommes arrivés de nuit vers 20h, nous nous sommes acquittés des taxes de séjour et du nettoyage de la chambre, normal, c'était prévu.La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont TRES vétustes. La surprise a été au réveil, de jour, nous constatons que tout est sale, pire, les draps n'avaient pas été changés,nous y trouvons des poils. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait, nous vous épargnons les détails de la balayette du wc ! Deux jours plus tard nous partons pour 4 nuits à Essaouira, précisant bien au patron du Riad Hannah que nous revenons y passer la nuit du 25/02, veille de notre retour en France. Quelle n'est pas notre surprise à notre retour le 25 ? la chambre n'est plus disponible, elle a été relouée. La belle affaire, ils encaissent 2x pour la même chambre !! En remplacement nous avons été logés dans un foyer pour jeunes, couchettes en dortoir lits superposés, douches communes etc . Nous y avons rencontré 2 jeunes femmes qui étaient dans le même cas que nous. Ce problème semble donc récurent au Riad Hannah, qui en tout bon sens, devrait être retiré des offres Expédia, car ceci est inadmissible.

Nous avons voulu regarder les chambres avant d'y entrer et nous avons découvert des chambres sales, qui ne correspondent pas aux photos, odeurs nauséabonde, une liste de frais supplémentaires à rallonge...bref un raid à éviter absolument Nous avons décidé de quitter l hôtel et de prendre un autre riad à 2 pas Au raid Minorisa qui était vraiment super

Terrible, el peor hotel al que he podido llegar. Las habitaciones sucias, descuidadas, SUCIO, los baños terribles. Se reservó para 6 personas dos habitaciones y cobraban la cama adicional, mas impuestos y otros costos para los que no se iba preparado. Total, decidimos quedarnos en otro hotel.
