Great staff and service. My daughter uses a wheelchair and the site was accessible . was given an accessible room . They only criticism i have is the wet room (disabled shower) did not have an adjustable showerhead which is to be expected.

Rooms are too small and overall it’s not value for money. Hotel is in nice area though.

Great stay. Right above a mall with Carrfour on the bottom floor.

Excellent walkable location. About 30 min walk to old town. All western world amenities are there. Staff was so helpful in getting me a taxi and negotiating price for me.
Room was modern and clean.Breakfast buffet excellent. Warm pool during my Nov stay. I dont have anything bad to say.

service at reception slow, no information at all about how to use the different services around, no one told us that only one elevator go to the garage, makes us lost and confused how to find our way from and to the garage. no one told us that the elevator does not work if we don’t use our room key. the safe is really not safe , I could easily put the safe and what is inside in my suit case and leave, it is not fixed to any wall.
