Just home from a lovely week here. I really couldn’t fault it, I was travelling alone and the welcome I got from all the staff was really second to none…

The setting was amazing and can't be faulted. The breakfast was cold and don't expect a great deal. It was not 5 star. Staff could do with some training of being courteous especially the owner who was awkward to deal with. Other than that it is a great place to stay and relax.

Lovely setting and grounds , nice pool area . Ideal for R&R. Breakfast quality poor, food uncovered and not chilled one poor staff member running around trying hard to do everything and same at lunch service . However very Good quality food at lunch and dinner including good quality beverages . What is the most disappointing is the very poor quality and standard of rooms and bathrooms, certainly not suite standard. Broken toilets, shower that floods bathroom and when reported told to put towels on floor by maintenance . Floor unclean when had to mop up ended up with black towels. Quality of towels and linen poor, thin torn and grey . Ripped, worn and torn furniture . Such a shame as some attention to detail and upgrading would make this a great retreat .

We had a pleasant stay at L'oliveraie de l'Atlas , far from the world far from the noise, the setting is beautiful, it feels like an oasis. The personal is really professional and kind. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Transportation to the city center is well organized and safe. The food is a real chef's delight, a real treat, I recommend it.

Staff is amazing, very helpful and always professional. They really went out of their way to help and always had a smile on their face. I booked a family suite, I got a regular suite (the family suite has 2 bedrooms living room 2 full baths terrace. I got 1 bedroom, 1 bed in the living room, 1 1/2 bath, no terrace). I talked to the manager, who denied it saying all rooms are different. Hotel needs a bit of maintenance (tiles around the bath tub were loose, shower is old, water infiltration in room). The property is stunning, clean and very quiet.
