The setting was amazing and can't be faulted. The breakfast was cold and don't expect a great deal. It was not 5 star. Staff could do with some training of being courteous especially the owner who was awkward to deal with. Other than that it is a great place to stay and relax.

Lovely setting and grounds , nice pool area . Ideal for R&R. Breakfast quality poor, food uncovered and not chilled one poor staff member running around trying hard to do everything and same at lunch service . However very Good quality food at lunch and dinner including good quality beverages . What is the most disappointing is the very poor quality and standard of rooms and bathrooms, certainly not suite standard. Broken toilets, shower that floods bathroom and when reported told to put towels on floor by maintenance . Floor unclean when had to mop up ended up with black towels. Quality of towels and linen poor, thin torn and grey . Ripped, worn and torn furniture . Such a shame as some attention to detail and upgrading would make this a great retreat .

We had a pleasant stay at L'oliveraie de l'Atlas , far from the world far from the noise, the setting is beautiful, it feels like an oasis. The personal is really professional and kind. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Transportation to the city center is well organized and safe. The food is a real chef's delight, a real treat, I recommend it.

Staff is amazing, very helpful and always professional. They really went out of their way to help and always had a smile on their face. I booked a family suite, I got a regular suite (the family suite has 2 bedrooms living room 2 full baths terrace. I got 1 bedroom, 1 bed in the living room, 1 1/2 bath, no terrace). I talked to the manager, who denied it saying all rooms are different. Hotel needs a bit of maintenance (tiles around the bath tub were loose, shower is old, water infiltration in room). The property is stunning, clean and very quiet.

It was a beautiful setting. Very quiet and perfect contrast to the bustle of the city. The rooms were so spacious and in beautiful Moroccan riad style. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely kind staff. Property was very clean and quiet. Only issue is this you need to factor in taxi costs to get in and out of the city. The hotel only use one firm to call taxis and many of the taxis that came did not have seatbelts which was problematic.

All the staff were welcoming and kind. The hotel was like a sancturary. Nooks and places to read a book or lay outside by the pool. The 3 pools are clean. The ambience is peaceful and the surroundings beautiful. Easy free transport to marakesh ment we could pop out for rhe hussle and bustle of the city but return for peace and tranquility. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and good quality. Id definately reccomemd this hotel if you are looking for peace ans quiet and time for reflection.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely gardens. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a fridge. Unfortunately the swimming pool was very cold so did not use it. The dining room was dark and gloomy.

It was an oasis. The surrounding countryside was deserted but the property and its grounds were beautiful. Lots of stunning gardens and olive trees in and around. The staff were excellent.

The main property and outside areas were pleasant, however the rooms left a lot to be desired. Other travellers have described them as ‘dated’, however in our opinion they were beyond dated and are in desperate need of updating. We were due to stay for four nights, but due to the condition of the room we only stayed one night and were forced to re-book another hotel for the remainder of our stay - not the best start to out holiday!
