This hotel was average. It’s rated as 5 star on Expedia buts it’s definitely not. It’s a 3 and half star. Similar to a holiday in with slightly better breakfast. The workers at the breakfast were not overly helpful and did not seam happy to be there. The breakfast itself was average. When I checked out in the very early morning ( no other customers around) I was ignored at the front desk while two attendants carried on their own conversation. The hotel itself was safe, easy to walk to other areas . The hallways were old with old carpet and although the room was renovated it wasn’t great. Expedia should be rating this as a 3 -4 star and not as a 5 star.

The room was okay not much nicer than a 3 star hotel. This property is not a 5 star hotel property. The food was good.

Excellent location within walking distance of the Menara Mall and Jamaa al Fna square. Lots of restaurants too. Hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Pools are very well maintained with lots of sunbeds around. Buffet breakfast was amazing with very good selection. Tried the spa facilities, again very pleasant staff and excellent service. Highly recommened.
