I always stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations! This time, we stayed at the Kasr, a private duplex with a terrace upstairs and a garden with direct access to the pool. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable—truly felt like home. We had two Kasrs with connecting rooms, which made it perfect for our group. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the pool team, housekeeping, and in-room dining—every interaction was warm and professional. The pools are massive and absolutely stunning, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s a true gem, and I’ll definitely be back ♥️

1-Very noisy We could hear our neighbor talking all night 2-A salad and a fish took 1h20 min to arrive from room service 3- asked for matches to be delivered to the room but it never came 4- all bellmen staff were 5 stars and super friendly 5- TSA lady for breakfast was also 5 stars, we told her we had to wait the night before for food she made sure our breakfast was delivered super fast and personally came to apologize
