My initial room (28) had an efficient Air Con, but was dusty and had faulty sockets. The bathroom was old, cracked and unmaintained. Appallingly, there were a lot of toilet flies in my room, and the room to my right was being renovated, so there was constant hammering, drilling .. I was then moved to Room 411, which was spacious, had a lounge and was nice. However, the Air Con in that room/lounge was ineffective/hot air blowing, and the bathroom had black mould on the ceiling!! Also my room was entered into when I was away (not minding the Do Not Disturb signage on my door - which didn’t sit well with me). 2 staff members: Kamal and Rabie helped me out, and made the stay a tad better.

Thank you for posting 2 comments.In fact, we have changed your room because, as you have noticed, we are doing some work to improve the hotel.However, we have offered you an upgrade as we have put you in a junior suite rather than a privilege room, which is what you booked.I am sorry that the chambermaid entered your room to clean, but the ‘do not disturb’ sign was not on the door. Kamal the Head of Reception and Rabi the Receptionist listened to you throughout your stay and received no other complaints from you.I hope you enjoyed our beautiful city of Marrakech and will return to the Dellarosa to see the improvements.Claudine,

We had a lovely stay here! Thank you to all the staff at DellaRosa who contributed to us having an amazing time in Marrakech. In particular, Baashir was a friendly face that welcomed us into the hotel, Mohammed helped us throughout the day and Karim made our poolside experiences enjoyable with excellent service! I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful. I needed to leave earlier than when breakfast was offered, but they said that they would let me have breakfast earlier. Excellent service!
