Had a lovely stay here. Hotel is spotless - cleaning staff are excellent - and the rooms are really nice. The pools are great, there are lots of activities put on by friendly activities staff and a brilliant shuttle service to the centre of Marrakesh. The food was good, with lots of variety and some nice freshly cooked stations at the buffet. We liked the breakfasts and the snack bar food too - the latter a great option if you don’t want the buffet.
We did have some issues - the evening entertainment was sometimes quite poor, very loud and you can’t really escape it because of the setup of the hotel and its bars. It would be improved if the sports bar had outdoor seating as it is away from the entertainment! The staff serving drinks at the snack bar in particular weren’t that helpful - I think they were undermined by how difficult it seemed to pour beers (though Mustafa in the Sports Bar was fantastic). The water from the air to water machines also tasted slightly dodgy at times.
But overall we enjoyed and would recommend for a week’s stay in the sun - it was really good value for what we got!

The resort was very clean, good room options, the buffet selection was good most days. The staff however could be friendlier & the drinks in the cocktails could be much stronger.
