"This is a 5 star hotel that feels and looks like a 4, has the amenities of a 3, and the rooms look like a 2. Staff: EXCELLENT insofar as the morning lady who is there — she was friendly and effective. Everyone else seemed either bothered or ineffective. Rooms: Old, there’s quite a lot of damp, weak AC. Amenities: Pool was lovely. Other than that, no. I mean, don’t provide an iron but charge €6 per item?. Breakfast: lacks variety, for sure. General comments: Lobby is very pretty....

"We spent one week at the Infinity 180 suites and it was a magical experience that exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is run by a wonderful family who are so lovely and attentive and they always make sure you are happy and comfortable.
