"We knew there was no hot water but at times there was no water. For most of the day no electricity. No wifi and almost no signal, only the vodaphone associate. As in all Madagascar the staff were nice and friendly. Condensed milk with ones coffee at Breakfast was a shock. OK ommellettes though.a ..."
