"It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "Fantastic location close to Lake Garda seafront and restaurants with grocery store just 5 mins away. Bikes for rent on site through deposit only. Whole range of choice for breakfast in lovely quiet setting. Staff friendly and helpful, had early train to catch and they produced a breakfast box of food the night before at no extra cost. Nice clean pool on site never an issue with sunbeds which were always available. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again."

"Had an amazing 2 night stay here in one of the 1 bedroom houses. In amazing condition, had everything we needed and more. Supermarket just down the road and good transport links made everything nice and easy. Only problems we had were one morning we woke up with no electricity (it was back on when we got back later in the day though) and when checking out before 8AM the ‘automatic’ gate didn’t open for us and we had to get someone in the breakfast area to get it opened. Overall really enjoyed it...

"We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...
