A rather mediocre place. We wanted to choose a place suitable for having a good time in Dalyan, but this place definitely does not meet the standards for accommodation. The electrical wiring is poor, sparks fly from the outlets when you try to charge your iPhone. The air conditioner has not been maintained, emitting a moldy smell because the filter hasn't been cleaned in years. I had to remove and clean the filter myself, but it was encrusted and visible mold was present. Unfortunately, it does nothing but spread bacteria. The cleanliness was also quite bad. The sheets and towels were yellowed, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and balcony was inadequate. It is not a sterile environment and lacks necessary care. The stove in the kitchen was rusted, and the refrigerator was covered in ice. Despite its very central location and beautiful garden, it does not meet the minimum requirements, so we will never stay here again and I would not recommend it. They definitely need to review the electrical wiring and cleanliness.

Loved the quiet location yet with shops and transport nearby. The property does need higher beds and higher toilet seat, as are way too low - not convenient at all for people with disabilities or older people. Please have equality for all. Loved the balcony listening to the birds. Also need to address the health and safety aspects with cables , wires, etc for guests safety.

A DUMP
The place was a dump. Chipped plates. Apartment needed updating. V v old furniture. Ok for budget hotel but wish it was clean. TV remote was not in the room so spoke with Hakan who could NOT do anything so we had NO TV. therefore had early nite in an uncomfortable bed. There was like warm water for a shower which did not have pressure. There were NO recent review’s therefore decided NEVER STAY in a place unless it has recent good reviews. The Owner was very nice.

I have just enjoyed a fabulous week at the end of April at the Yakut apart hotel. Hakan the owner could not be more helpful, kind of friendly. He emailed me in advance of my holiday departure for my arrival time and was there at the hotel to meet me in person and show me to my room. The room was clean, tidy and contained everything I needed for a wonderful, restful weeks holiday. This is a small, traditional, family run hotel with 10 apartments. There is a lovely pool, with quiet loungers and views of the surrounding hills and nature. It was a lovely place to chill, relax, unwind and enjoy Dalyan. It is a two minute walk, or the shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Department and hob, but there was little point in me doing much cooking. The room was cleaned and the bedding changed mid week. I enjoyed my holiday. I’m delighted to have found this apartment and will be looking forward to returning later in the year and hopefully for years to come.

They need to make some investment on the hotel

Good, clean and quiet accommodation.
The Yakut Apart Hotel is a small, friendly and comfortable place for people looking for clean and quiet accommodation on a tight budget, but it is a little bit run down. The setting is semi rural and yet its a two minute walk to a supermarket, and only five minutes to the town centre. Housekeeping is provided every two days and aircon is provided at no extra charge. The owner is very approachable and happy to help. PS. If you like cats, as we do, its the place for you. They have about 5 cats that visit daily.

Although this hotel had advertised breakfast, as an additional payment, no breakfast was available. There was no hot water, until the evening, and generally old outdated furniture. The mini TV offered only one English speaking channel, Al Jazeera, a news program. I shall not return.

Yakarca ve sifri sinekten her tarafımız şişti. Klima sadece yatak odasında var ve o da çok ses yapıyor. Salonda kapı kapalı yatarsan çok sıcak oluyor. Açarsan sinek ısırıyor. Mutlaka prize takılan sinek savarlardan alın.
