Very bad service i paid for all included and they still charge me for fresh Orange juice tonic soft cocktails and the variety of food is very bad and the size of gym and the equipment that is very poor

As you have witnessed our hotel has a new food cooking and drink preparation concept all by using fresh ingridients yet served as they are ordered thus completely different than classic all inclusive, open buffet food and mass drink serving style hotels. Maybe your dissatisfaction is due to the fact that you were not aware of the type of food cooking, drink preparation and serving concept that we offer. Don't think I'll come there back

I would rate this hotel as 3, maximum 4 stars, not 5. I didn't like service at all. If you expect 24/7 front desk, you'll be disappointed.

The room wasn’t good , all the room had insects No one care , we complained to management he said i am not dr , i cant do any things , event after 2 night my wife poisoned and she was sick for 2 days after treated by dr in the city, no one was in hotel to help and sort out this problem for my wife .. i am not recommend it .. alao this hotel it is 30 min far from city You must get taxi …

This is the worst hotel do not ever stay here. The closest shop / restaurant is 20 minutes drive and this is not stated anywhere. The showers are disgusting, room door handles can be broken with a light pull this hotel steals money from customers.

Perfect Calming Summer Vacay

The team was excellent. Even though they were so young it was clear that they enjoyed what they were doing. The hospitality was very well. The food could have been better but overall stay was really good. It's like an island part of the play. If you want to relax and chill and swim in a quite hotel, that is a perfect choice.
