Beautiful and quite place to stay. I wish they have a bigger playground for kids and some kids programs like kids discoteka. More secluded and private beach. Highly recommend.

I like the way the beach area was set up with tiles as if it was a swimming pool

the property is nice but the problem of the hotel is the food wich is terrible and not sooo clean

A very large grand hotel, pool not big enough for the hotel, feel like a sardine on the sun beds. No cocktails served at pool bar drinks around the pool are in small cardboard cups, should be reusable plastic as the just tastes of cardboard. Our bungalow room was amazing but will not return to this hotel as for me it does not have an exciting holiday vibe more corporate.

The reason why we don't serve potent alcoholic drinks in our pool and beach bar is cause of health and safety reasons. Under excessive temperatures it is very dangerous to swim while under influence of potent alcohol and can lead to fatal results. Also the reason why we don't use plastic but cardboard is cause of protecting the nature and limiting the use of plastic. Glassware we also cannot use around the pool of beach cause of safety reasons.We are very pleased to hear that you are satisfied with our hotel size.We are already looking forward to welcoming you back here soon.Kind Regards,

Hotel is declared concordat and therefore they re not paying the cancellation amounts( more than 350 Usd) for 2 months. They re saying that the process will take long. This is unacceptable and there is no difference that stealing a money from guests.

Although the natural surroundings are beautiful, with the big trees, and crystal clear water for swimming, we found this hotel way over-priced for what it provides. The lobby and rooms are dated, the alcohol is very poor quality, and the noise from the entertainment had our windows shaking until midnight. Would not stay again.

I paid for balcony but very small And no body advised me about restaurant and second day give the hand tags
