PRO:Close to mall and public transportation.
CON: Management and staff could use training/refresher in customer service and communication skills. They were extremely rude throughout our stay right up until checkout. The manager told us daily that they were fully booked but we were still able to reserve on expedia which seemed to irritate her and the super knocked on our door on our last day to tell us it was time to go (5 min after checkout time) and wouldnt allow us to shut the door while gathering up our bags to leave.

The room was beautiful and the building was nice, though the bed was a little stiff and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Besides that it was a great stay!

Surprisingly large room with ton of closet space. Had a stove, fridge and microwave.
Designed for long term stay but my one night stay was a very good price (less than half the price of others).
Checked in after 8pm, the hotel sent me instructions to retrieve the room key via a lockbox in the lobby which was fine.
Room was clean and decent. Wouldn't hestitate to stay again.

Staff wasn’t avast check in stood and waited for 20 minutes only to be greeted as if I worked there, bed was hard as a rock. Only plus was how clean my room was
