I called 4 times after booking, starting over a month in advance. Every time I called, I advised I’d be a late check in. I was assured by each person that would not be a problem at all. Then on the day of my stay, my flight was delayed and the line for budget rental was nearly 3 hours long. Exhausted and frustrated, I finally arrived at the hotel ready to sleep only to be told that I could not be checked in because the system wouldn’t allow it. Not one person advised me there was a hard cut off for checking in, though I called 4 times letting them know my plane was landing after midnight. So I left after requesting a refund and drove an additional hour, thankfully finding a Holiday Inn that checked us in so we could sleep a little that morning at a discounted rate. This was a horrible experience and nobody I’ve told this story to could believe that a hotel would turn away guests for a room that was already paid for.

Was not luxury but very nice for a room with a kitchen. Is stay again

Crumbs in the chair cushions. No dishes etc was dissapointing. Tent card said we could call the desk to make srrangememts but that was strange to me. Breakfast at 6-9:30 was a granola bar and coffee urns. My experience is tgats whats in the libby always. Not a timed breakfast and then taken up. No coffee pot in the room. Dirty behind bedside table with what looked like a crap pipe behind it

Help.TV doesn’t work. Reported it to house keeping. They tried to fix it. Couldn’t do it. I reported it to front desk. Going out now and we’ll be back in 4 hours. Now still not fixed. Went to front desk again. Answer-no fix it person on weekends. Can’t move you as no rooms available. Can’t give you a discount or refund. No.
