Not a hotel chain we would stay at again. We had several rooms booked. All were dirty. Carpets not clean, or were wet. Maids said they were not allowed to use vacuum cleaners for rooms. Floors were sticky when not carpeted. A mop was a broom with a hand towel around it. Really! Bath tubs were slippery, and no bars. No amenities in kitchen. Calling for help was no use, go down pick up what you need, if they have it. Breakfast is coffee in alcove next to check-in desk. No (actual or in effect) is the most common answer for any question at front desk. We saw several guests leave because they had cockroaches in the room. We unfortunately had to stay there because we pre paid and refunds were not available. But never again with this brand of hotel. Where are the inspectors for these properties?!?

The property was clean and the staff was pleasant. Other than occasional slamming doors it was very quiet. There were multiple dining options within walking distance which I appreciated. The downside was that when we tried to use the microwave it caught fire-which on further inspection it obviously had happened before. If it had been reported the situation was not dealt with. On the subject of fires, the stairway access doors were propped open but lacked automatic magnetic releases in the event of a fire. We closed them, someone propped them open again. At the very least there should be signage to keep the door closed.

This hotel was okay for a night- booked for a concert and was the closest to the venue we could find. There weren’t a ton of Uber options but eventually we got a driver. The biggest cons of the hotel were that it’s clearly a bit old and could use some updates and appears to be having some staffing issues. We arrived after 3pm and walked in to another couple waiting, they’d been there about 10 minutes and there was no staff. We waiting for about 10 minutes and ended up leaving to go get food first. There was a note saying on lunch and back by 3:00 but they didn’t return. Overall, just a marginal experience.

Room was not very up to date. Shower pressure was terrible. No usb plugs at all. Forgot my usb plug. So nothing. Choice of coffee for breakfast and 3 blueberry nutri grain bars. Not impressed. First time at an extended stay America. Probably won’t stay at one of these again.

When we saw there was no bathroom door we had a pretty good idea this place was not going to be great. A short time later when we tried to flush the toilet and nothing happened we were done. Went to the front desk to request another room and were told they had no rooms available. They said they would try to get us into a different room in the morning if someone checks out. We asked where were we supposed to go to the bathroom in the meantime, they said the public restrooms were on the first floor by the desk. I am elderly male, I get up often during the night to use the restroom, didn’t think wandering the halls and riding on the elevator a couple times during the night was a good idea. We decided to find lodgings elsewhere, when we packed up and went down to the desk to tell them we were leaving and wanted a full refund. The desk attendant said sure and hit some keys on his laptop I asked for a receipt showing the credit to my credit card and he gave me a receipt showing zero balance due but no credit info. Of course there was no balance due I already paid for the room with my credit card. I saw his name tag said his name was Brice, I asked him to write on my receipt he credited the full amount for the room and sign it. He refused, I asked for his last name and he said that was a privacy issue and would not give it to me. All the while a drunk guy was wandering around the lobby muttering something, once he chuckled and said,”his name ain’t Brice “. We left, very dissatisfied
