Arrived late for check in and couldn’t get hold of B&B by mobile, landline or ringing doorbell. Had to find other accommodation. It was 11pm when I arrived and when you know you have a guest due to arrive and you are late you might expect the B&B to do everything they can to ensure the guest isn’t left outside in the cold.

In response to your review Nick. You gave no expected arrival time on booking. I tried to contact you with regards to this but could not get through. It clearly states on booking that check in is from 16:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs. We are very happy to accommodate later check in times with prior arrangement. Out of courtesy I would have expected you to have called to arrange for your late check in time.
