Posted 20 Jun 2022 on Hotels“Hot”water was actually cool, so we could not shower. Shower stall was very tiny. Sink was clogged and didn’t drain adequately. Windows and window sills were dirty and did not close properly. Outside of room was poorly maintained and dirty. Beds and bed linens were clean and comfortable. There’s no place within miles to eat dinner on a Sunday. Everything was closed. Would not recommend. Will not go there again.

Farrokh, We are sorry you did not have a good experience at our Inn. We had no communication with you at all until you left and told us the sink was clogged. You did not mention anything about the hot water. We are in the mountains and sometimes things happen that we are not aware of until someone brings it to our attention. Yes your sink was clogged and fixed within 2 minutes, and the hot water worked fine if you just waited for it to heat up. There are 9 restaurants within 8 miles from us that serve on Sunday, all you had to do was inquire at the desk and we would have happily helped you find a restaurant.
Just because our property did not meet your expectations, that is no reason to write a bad review. Our property is clean and well kept on a regular basis.
We appreciate that you will not be visiting us again, so we may accommodate the people that are happy to be here.

This is an old property, built mainly of wood 93 years ago. It is situated on the edge of a winding mountain road with stunning views of the mountains. Due to its age the facilities are basic, the bathroom was only just big enough for one person! The beds are comfortable and the owners are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and gazing at that amazing view! If you like rustic charm then this is the place for you. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

It was unsafe- floors so slanted we became dizzy just looking at our room. Tight narrow hallway also slanted floor. No tv or microwave etc in room. Dangerous steep con you steps down to room. We did not stay due to all this but owner made us pay because she said she had to pay Expedia. We had to find another place to stay. We did not even go back into the room after looking at it. Very disappointed

We are so disappointed that you chose to write a review based up the 10 minutes you were on our property. I offered you another room in a different part of the property. Unfortunately, you were so focused on the TV and microwave that it didn't matter what room we gave you.
When you book through Expedia/Hotels.com. etc, we are charged regardless of the reason you do not stay. Had you booked directly with us I would have been happy to refund your deposit.

A very relaxing place to stay
