Un lugar tranquilo con una muy rica oferta gastronómica. Está ubicado en un sitio visualmente acogedor y lleno de belleza natural. Me hubiera gustado estar un poco mas de tiempo para realizar más actividades. El concepto del hotel está basado en un muy interesante modelo ambiental y arquitectónico.

The staff is amazing! The food is incredible. The accommodations are spectacular. This is a must stay. Be sure to take the permaculture tour as well. Honestly the food is better then the best restaurants in Medellin.

It's Fair..

It's more of a eco-friendly story than a good hotel .
It's quite expensive for the experience.

Dear Jose, we are sorry that you were less than satisfied with your experience in Cannúa. We wish that we could have known during your stay what was less-than-standard in order to try and correct the issue. For example, we noticed that you did not participate in either of the experiences included in your reservation (Permaculture nor the historic guided hike), nor did you choose to participate in any of the various offered tastings and experiences that are on-site nor those close by in the area. We strive to offer an incredible experience to our guests from our handmade furniture, to the quality of our mattresses and pillows, to the high-end and locally crafted products we use in our bathrooms. We expect a lot from ourselves, which has allowed us to generate so many positive experiences. We noticed that you commented about the prices. We regularly review our costs and our prices are competitive to lower than comparable stays in the region and in Colombia. We do hope that you give another chance to return to Cannúa and take full advantage of everything included in your stay!

We honestly did not expect Cannua to be as amazing as it was! We expected a nice property with decent food and facilities, but what we got was above and beyond! 1st class customer service, all staff are absolute pleasure to deal with, property is stunning and aesthetically and architecturally fascinating. The story behind the place is inspiring - be sure to take the permaculture tour! Owners are great people. Food is on another level. We count ourselves lucky that we discovered the place early and before it becomes too popular and always booked out, which we are sure it will! Our deep thanks to the owners for creating such a wonderful place.
