Can be much better
Posted 27 Aug 2023 on Hotels"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by unprofessional staff with an attitude. They failed to listen to clients' concerns and needs during check-in. To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. This lack of attentiveness and communication greatly impacted my experience."

Hotel fica dentro do estacionamento do shopping catuai, com acesso fácil ao shopping mas em uma localização mais reservada, sem fluxo de pessoas.
