Can be much better
Posted 27 Aug 2023 on Hotels"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by unprofessional staff with an attitude. They failed to listen to clients' concerns and needs during check-in. To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. This lack of attentiveness and communication greatly impacted my experience."

Hotel novo, confortável. Esta localizado junto ao shopping, então torna a estadia interessante. Entretanto, a localização para fazer coisas na cidade, fica ruim, é longe. Se precisar de estacionamento cedo, avise a recepção. Levamos 45 minutos para conseguir sair do estacionamento, que é compartilhado com o shopping. O café da manhã é ok, mas o local, muito pequeno, faltam mesas.
