We had a fantastic time at this property!! The staff was amazing. The specialty drinks by Marisael at his bar were fantastic. The property was beautiful. We were able to upgrade our room upon arrival which was fabulous. Great place to stay.

Overall very nice property and beautiful grounds. Location wise, it is close to the Hotel zone and Downtown.
Food options felt a bit limited though.

Do yourself and your family a favor and stay here! We were satisfied… the food.. the staff… the entertainment… the rooms… the property.. the activities… the pool… the simplicity… the beauty… like come on! It was seriously just the best!

I came 20 years ago and same as I remember. Staff was great. Especially, Edwin, Victor, Miguel, Jorge and all the young men and women at the Ribera and Andrea. They all deserve raises. They outdid themselves.
