We asked to fix the heater in room and the staff said they will come in 10 mins but no one came. For the bathroom shower, it won’t work, had to leave for my flight without taking shower.

Nice, simple place! ADA room was entirely accessible except for door weight and no shower chair.

It was big enough for my family of 5
Parking in first come first serve but the front desk helped us find parking easily , very friendly staff and helpful

I liked that they were very nice and it was not far from fort mason.
