"We booked a standard queen room but were upgraded to a very spacious quadruple which was nice. The room had an electric jug with tea bags provided, but only one cup available which was not great for two people. Listed in the facilities on Expedia were free WiFi. This was not available in the rooms, only at the checkin area. Most annoying for us was that laundry facilities were listed, that did not exist. "This was a perfect stopover between Naples airport and Calabria! Only 2.5 hours from NAP. Prior to my arrival I was informed via WhatsApp of all the codes to enter the building and parking lot. Marialucia and her sister are great and friendly hosts. The building is easily accessible off the main highway. The building is 3 story with 2-3 rooms on each floor. Below is a fruit and vegetable market. It is on a main road with some traffic during the night. There is an access code for the large parking lot next door, as well as main door, door to the floor you are assigned and to your room. We had a basic room with a large bed wardrobe desk and private bathroom. It had AC. Which we did not need. We slept with balcony doors open ( screen intact). Simple breakfast of pastries espresso cappuccino offered from 7-10:00. Water bottles in room. We stopped to visit a friend in Castravillari on our way from Naples- it was a nice stopover. I’m glad I found Green on an internet search. And that they had a room available. I highly recommend. It’s friendly and comfortable. All we needed for a night thanks Green!!! "

"The property is a nice and cozy place near the sea. The area around was quiet and kids friendly. The host is super friendly and caring. Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The host gave us a bag of water and juices for our continuous trip. We stayed there just one night but we would definitely stay more and return again"

Excellent rustic stay

"Relais il Mulino was an amazing experience I highly recommend anyone who is visiting Calabria to stay here. The hotel is surrounded by nature making it a peaceful and relaxing place. I also loved the architecture, which was very rustic. The service was excellent and all staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return for a 2nd visit. "
