Marina Beach is the main bay area in the village of Vilamoura. It is a flat and spacious strip of golden sand decked by sunbeds, umbrellas and a few quaint restaurants. Enjoy the lively ambiance and chat with locals and vacationers on this busy beach in the midst of resorts.

The area is also known simply as Vilamoura Beach. Note that lifeguards watch over the waters here in summer. This makes the strand, which is free to access at all times, popular with families.
Enjoy a leisurely walk west along neighboring beaches and gaze up at the majestic cliff face, stained red and orange. This long stretch of sand is a little quieter and more secluded as it leads toward Albufeira.
