"The property is in a safe location, above Castries town. There are great views over the town, airport and coast. The owner was very helpful. The room is clean and well fitted. The wifi worked well. People staying at this location need access to a vehicle, as there is nowhere to eat or shop within reasonable walking distance. Also, the hotel was overbooked. "Our stay at sandals La Toc was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to any of our requests. Our favorite staff member was Share. She made our stay extra special with her customer service. Mikege at the pool was also great as was Germain by the main pool bar. Jamal at travel and loyalty was so helpful in helping us book our next stay at La Toc in 2027. If you go, make sure you seek out Share for her exceptional customer service.
