The room was reasonably priced. Our room needed some furniture updates. Very scuffed up.

Nice new, clean hotel, but the so-called "green" initiatives rendered the room disappointing. Room and bathroom are way too dark even with all lights on. Hard to wash, shave or do makeup in the semi-dark. Poor water pressure. Bathroom tap didn't have enough pressure for water to clear the counter top. Had to use a towel to soak up the constant mess. Shower had a single low-pressure rain fixture mounted on the 9 foot ceiling, resulting in only a heavy mist falling on your head. We won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

We enjoyed our one night stay here and will stay again if ever in the Maricopa area.

The line to check in was extremely long and there was only one person checking in “non-club members.” There were at least 5 people working on the left side to help those that were members. I was there at 3:50 and they said I had to wait until exactly 4:00, otherwise they would’ve charged me $35. It was ridiculous the amount of time we all had to wait. I didn’t get checked in and receive my key until 4:27. Also, we were not informed that there was no room service. There was also no answer to the front desk after repeated attempts to call from the room this morning. Lastly, there was a dirty washcloth under the sink that was left in the bathroom. There was also smeared makeup on the bathroom floor.
