Is a beautiful area in the mountains. The only thing is that the staff is not that responsive, and I have to wait a week for a safe refund. Also, they have an almost desert hotel, and they put a noisy couple near our room. They can learn a little more hospitality, and with more advertising it can be an excellent place.

We assure our staff does their utmost to bring an excellent service to all of our hotel guests.In regards to the deposit, while we understand that having to wait for your money to be released may be frustrating, this wait time is unfortunately outside of our control. Credit card processes may vary depending on various factors such as: if your check-out date is on a weekend or holiday, the hold will be considered released on the following business day and it may take longer with certain credit card providers.We are always happy to help and hope to be able to serve you again in the future!

Everything was great! Just low staff and they looked they were overworked. I hope they get well paid more than the local minimum

Recibimos un trato muy cálido y especial de parte del staff. Excelente lugar para una escapadita fuera de la rutina. La habitación era acogedora y los alrededores muy hermosos y bien cuidados. Definitivamente, volveremos y recomendaremos.
