I’m visiting this hotel not first time.Located very close to all attractions: colonada;restaurants;shopping;parks. Grate service provided by all staff,wonderful breakfast… We will be back for sure.

Cleanliness ok, but old wall to wall tapestries on the floors. We had a buffet dinner one evening at the hotel, which was also not very good. The whole hotel bears the stamp of age and seems a little tired. My wife asked for an extra duvet because she was cold, but she didn't get it from the receptionist - she just said no... Considering the price, we can't recommend this place

Befriedigendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Lage prima, Zustand ok, Zimmer gross und freundlich, Pool und Sauna eher schlicht. Parken unbefriedigend. Frühstück in Ordnung - für Teetrinker (Kaffee hat uns nicht geschmeckt, allerdings gab es anschließend im Café sehr guten Cappuccino). Das Beste war die Rezeption, deren Mitarbeiter ein Maß an Entgegenkommen und vorausschauender Hilfeleistung aufbot, das seinesgleichen sucht: Glückwunsch!

der Standort des Hotels ist hervorragend, das Ambiente Innen nd Außen wunderschön, sehr angenehmes Personal und eine himmlische Ruhe. Eine Sache, die mich überraschte, wieso bei der Badeausstattung weder Shampoo noch Duschgel noch Körperlotion als kleine Probepackung zur Verfügung stand

Awful place. Outdated and not comfortable facilities at all. Staff are rude and no one speaks English. The hotel is more like a nursing home, full of old people who stared at me. The pool also has very limited hours.

Service unfreundlich, teils unverschämt. Zimmer sauber und groß. Mein 8. Besuch in Marienbad, leider das schlechteste Hotel bisher. Das Umfeld furchtbar, die Villen verfallen... Sehr traurig.

Quite, centrally located Hotel with great breakfas

Its' a wonderful location at the top of the city center park and very close to the Collonaide where you get the drinking water. They had a very nice pool with sauna and a great breakfast. My room was big and comfortable and quiet. The number 5 or 7 bus from the train station took me right in front of the door and was 12Kcr plus 6Kcrs for luggage which is about a $1.00. Easy and inexpensive.

Отель замечательный! Я в нем останавливаюсь 4 раз.Очень красивый! В самом центре, рядом с Коллонадой. В самом отеле находится источник лечебной воды.Хорошая кухня. Доброжелательный персонал, говорящий на русском языке. Но много из этого положительного впечатления об отеле, перечеркнуло Ваше бронирование. Я при бронирование заказывал полупансион. В итоге в отеле была информация только о завтраке. Более того оказалось, что я оплатил только проживание в отеле, а лечение нет. Мне Пришлось доплатить еще 429 евро за ужины и лечение. Я через ваш сайт бронировал аппарьаменты Alice d Праге. заказывал номер на одного с завтраком. В итоге в отеле при заселении была информация на, чтотномер на три персоны и завтрак они не предоставляют. Пришлось доплачивать еще 100 крон за завтрак. Тааие ляпы сводят на нет положительное впечатления об отдыхе.

God hotel

Smukke hotel med god beliggenhed i midten af centrum. Der er 5 minutter gåtur til skibakker, 2 minutter til Kolonade. Venlig personale, udmærket morgenmad. Forskellige aktiviteter om dagen og om aftenen på hotellet og man kan også deltage i aktiviteter på andre hoteller. Der er mineral vand kilde på hotellet. Minus: jeg fik et værelse med en dør til gang, så jeg kunne høre alle lyd fra gang fra kl. 6 om morgen. Der findes bedre værelser med 2 døre til gangen. Personalet i ambulatoriet er lidt mærkeligt, ikke service- minded. Derfor bestiller jeg mineralbad på andet hotel med bedre service.

Frissen felújított, antik bártorokkal berendezett, patinás szálloda, kellemes medencével, szaunával, sokféle masszázzsal. A reggeli nem túl változatos, de a környék gyönyörű, a szálloda a központban van, mégis csendes.

Alte Pracht mit kleinen Mängeln

Hervorragend renoviertes Hotel, ausgezeichnete Lage, zuvorkommendes und kompetentes Personal. Küche nur mittelmäßig, sowohl Halbpension als auch A la Carte. Pool und Sauna modern und sauber; leider gab es viele deutsche Liegenreservierer. Badezimmer: Duschen nur in der Badewanne möglich, schlechte Beleuchtung zum Rasieren. Parken im Parkhaus ca. 200 m entfernt, ca. € 4,00 wenn in einheimischer Währung, 5 € wenn in € bezahlt wird (keine Quittung)!

Schönes altes Hotel im Zentrum

Das Hotelpersonal ist extrem freundlich, auskunfts- und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist OK. Wir haben bei einem Abendbuffet teilgenommen-eher mäßig. Der Pool ist wunderbar, schön warm, es ist kein Thermalwasser. Die Sauna habe ich nicht besucht.

отличный выбор для лечения и отдыха

Замечательный отель. Пожалуй придраться не к чему.Все рядом ,еда вкусная,отличный сервис. Единственный минус то,что ванны назначили через несколько дней,т.к. все было занято.

Die Zimmer sind schön groß. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Pool/SPA-Bereich im Keller ist etwas klein. Das römische Bad ist übrigens in einem anderen Hotel.

Das hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage im Zentrum von marienbad und nicht weit weg vom Parkhaus. Anwendungen sind sehr effektiv, auch die verständigung mit den Therapeuten ist gut. Bezüglich Essen und service gibt es nichts zu meckern. Ich würde sofort wieder hin fahren.

Das Hotel liegt angenehm am Ende der Strasse

Der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war noch sehr angenehm. (vor ca. 2 Jahren) Das Hotel und die Lautstärke durch das Türen ZUSCHLAGEN ist vergleichbar mit einem Aufenthalt in einer Jugendherberge, die aber wesentlich günstiger ist. Unter diesen lauten Umständen werden wir vor einem weiteren Besuch mit Sicherheit Abstand nehmen.Werden sich diese Umstände ändern Buchen wir gerne wieder.

Hotel staff and SPA staff speak mainly German and Russian and of curse Czechian. The problem is English nearly no one speaks English and especially in the SPA when you need to tell or discuss some thing with your therapist about your persent condition it is nearly imposible and this is a big draw back. In addition there is no aircondition in the rooms.

Schönes Haus, ruhig, gediegen.Gutes Wellnessangebot. Schöne Umgebung, lädt zu vielen Ausflügen ein. Schlecht: Ab 7 Uhr - täglich! - Musik im benachbarten Park. Wirklich störend!
