"Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "

At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."
