Lovely building, new owners who were very welcoming. It is quiet but walkable to sea front.

While i understand there is an off season of margate, I was shocked to learn that the restaurant and bar was not operational, put a hamper on our morning and evening. Secondly the rooms were a bit dusty and so overly hot and being on the road opening the window made the room completely noisy for sleeping or unbearably hot to sleep in. The hotel though did off wonderful views and was in a great walkable area to all of old town Margate.

My bedding in room 11 was covered in old blood and what looked like urine as there was a yellow stain on it

The rooms bathroom door was so stiff the screws on the door had nearly pulled out of the wood. The toilet seat was fitted loosley to the pan .the cistern ran constantly thus having no flush (i have video proof of this) tap missing from shower.
This is at most a basic b and b without breakfast as the kitchen was under refurbishment???? On top of this Expedia have the liberty to charge me £30 extra!!!
Swriosly need a full refund for this room.
