Furniture are old and a bit smelly along the hall

Dear Ronald and Kim,Thanks for your review. We apologise you found our furniture old. Some tables in the rooms could do with a re-varnish which we have planned to do. You also found the hall a bit smelly, which is odd. The hall of the guest wing gives access to four rooms that were fully occupied. During your two-night stay no one else noticed anything, including the housekeeper. Sorry that some furniture and an undescribed smell spoilt your stay. You and Kim seemed to enjoy all the attractions that we directed you to and everything else seemed good, so that is most unfortunate.Regards,Pam and Dirk
