Excellent property modern, spacious, clean everything worked and was of a high quality. Great positron close to shops, supermarkets etc. Check in easy, contact and assistance also very good and immediate when district blackout had occurred and instant hot water needed to be turned on again. Just involved turning on a switch as directed over the phone- easy! I am happy to recommend this property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Central Avenue Apartments. Extremely spacious and comfortable Apartment, that was very well equipped and ideally located within the town of Margaret River. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, everything about the Apartment is impressive.

A fabulous apartment, that suited our needs as 2 couples travelling together with 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas and a balcony. Centrally located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend.

The property was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable like we were home away from home. The space was huge for our family of 5. The kitchen and living space was well laid out. The balcony was huge and was a great place to hang out with the family.

Apart from the initial issue of last minute change of the apartment requested, the alternative unit is as good or better than the last one we stayed. Still our favorite holiday stay when we are in Margaret River.

A large well appointed modern apartment right in the heart of town.Easy walking to restaurants and bars. Free lock up garage included which was an added bonus. Highly recommend this property when visiting Margaret River.
