Not worth Rs500 per night, don’t call this a HOTEL
Posted 30 Dec 2021 on HotelsTerrible experience, this hotel room doesn’t even worth Rs 500 per night. Bed sheets and towels are almost turned black and they still insist to use those. Food is okay waste ( we had food outside even though it was part of the hotel booking).
Overall DO NOT BOOK this hotel , instead select to stay at Bus stand.

Best welcome and attention received from the receptionist. Good place but can be better. Close to the Bus and Taxi Stand and Railway Station which makes travel easy.

Confirmed and fully paid reservation not honoured

Nice location but far away from the beach

Bathroom fitting are old and loose and beddings are horrible. Food is good but too expensive when compared to kerala standard.
Parking is inadequate and in-charge people are useless and insensitive

booked and paid.....and turned away...
Posted 13 Jan 2015we booked and paid for this hotel and on arrival we were refused our booking. not good enough. the hotel is responsible for keeping its online portal up to date. no excuses. useless. don't go there. the staff are pretty useless as well, had no answers, and no manager.....they should be removed from the website.

Really nice hotel, clean room, delicious food

Pros: Friendly staff, food, ambiance, proximity to the bus station.
Cons: The scope of improvement i would say is, that there was no wi-fi range on 4th floor. (p.s my room was on 4th floor)
Location: It is located directly infront of the bus station (KTC i suppose) and there is a rickshaw stand just in front of the hotel.
Lovely stay at the hotel, the staff was very friendly, food was delicious and the ambiance was great. I stayed there with my wife only for a day and we enjoyed the comfort. There is live music at the time of dinner, which is simply superb.

Pros: Proximity, Good Parking, good staff to upkeep the hotel, access to the city was easier.
Location: Colva Beach
Had a good and comfortable stay with Staff been polite and responding to the requirements as needed
