My only issue was SOME of your reception staff are quite rude and their attitudes match their rude looking faces. The ground keepers were always welcoming and cheerful. "The property had everything I look for but ... I don't use plastic kettles & the cleaners use a product that leaves a mild smell in the unit, akin to a cheap perfume. I can't see why we need to fill our living spaces with the odour of artificial (chemical) scents - bottom line, they are toxic. What is wrong with fresh air ? Luckily it was mild and having windows open mitigated the use of such products. "
